HubSpot Sales Hub vs Salesforce Sales Cloud: Pricing Compared

Annual-billing prices only, baked into this page from our dataset at build time. Every figure below links back to the vendor's own pricing page and the date we last checked it.

Dataset last fully checked: 2026-09-20 Individual plans below show their own verification date — some rows were rechecked more recently than others.

Salesforce Sales Cloud's lineup was last recorded on 2026-08-12; we found it had changed when we rechecked on 2026-09-20: Enterprise had become Core, repriced from $175 to $195/seat/mo; Unlimited had become Advanced, repriced from $350 to $395/seat/mo; and Agentforce 1 Sales had become Max at an unchanged $550/seat/mo. A new $0/seat/mo Free Suite tier had also appeared, which wasn't in the 2026-08-12 record. We don't know the exact date any of this happened — only that it was sometime between 2026-08-12 and 2026-09-20. (https://www.salesforce.com/sales/pricing/, checked 2026-09-20)

Both vendors now publish a $0 tier: HubSpot's Free plan is capped at 2 seats per our dataset; Salesforce Sales Cloud's new Free Suite plan carries no seat-limit field in our dataset yet, so we can't say whether it's capped in practice — flagged for the next check, not assumed unlimited.

Matching each vendor's remaining paid tiers in the order they're listed: HubSpot Starter ($7/seat/mo) undercuts Salesforce Sales Cloud Starter Suite ($25/seat/mo); Professional ($90/seat/mo) undercuts Pro Suite ($100/seat/mo); and Enterprise ($150/seat/mo) undercuts the newly-repriced Core ($195/seat/mo). Salesforce Sales Cloud's Advanced ($395/seat/mo) and Max ($550/seat/mo) tiers have no HubSpot tier priced anywhere near them in our dataset. These pairings are by list order, not by feature parity — our dataset doesn't yet record enough feature detail on either vendor to say whether, for example, Starter and Starter Suite actually do the same job.

Every figure above, and in the table below, carries its own source link and verification date — see the table and the Sources section. Not every row was rechecked on the same day.

Plan-by-plan pricing (annual billing)

Figures are the per-seat-per-month rate under each vendor's annual-commitment billing option, exactly as published. A plan without a public per-seat number (quote-only) is marked as such, not estimated.

Total cost at three team sizes

First-year total = (annual per-seat rate × 12 × seats) + any one-time onboarding fee, which is billed once per org, not per seat. Ongoing-year total drops the one-time fee. Neither vendor's dataset record carries a minimum-seat requirement for these plans, so none is added here.

Where published pricing runs out

HubSpot: every tier up to and including Enterprise has a published per-seat rate ($150/seat/mo), but Enterprise has no self-serve checkout per our dataset notes — buying it requires talking to sales.

Salesforce Sales Cloud: a published per-seat rate is available through Max, the top plan in our dataset. Whether the top tier requires a sales conversation to actually purchase isn't captured as a discrete field yet — flagged for the next data check rather than asserted here.
